Kanye West Won't Be Prosecuted For Photog Attack

Kanye West must have a really good
lawyer, because law enforcement
sources tell us it's virtually certain he
will NOT be charged with ANY crime in
connection with last week's
paparazzo attack.Here's the way we're
told it will play out. LAPD robbery
detectives are investigating the
photog's allegation that Kanye tried to
steal his camera -- but our sources
say that dog won't hunt. The D.A. will
NEVER charge Kanye with felony
attempted robbery, because there's
no proof he tried to pilfer the camera
at LAX.We're told cops will send the
attempted robbery file to the D.A. and
they expect it will be rejected within
days. The next step -- the file goes to
the L.A. City Attorney for a possible
misdemeanor criminal battery
prosecution. But here's why that
won't happen. We're told Kanye is
willing to ante up some cash to make
the case go away, and it's perfectly
legal. It's called a civil compromise
and it's done everyday. So Kanye will
skate ... and probably attack another
photog. The end.

Debbie Rowe To Testify About MJ's Shocking Drug Use

Debbie Rowe will testify in the Michael Jackson wrongful death case that MJ was a SECRET, hardcore drug addict for decades -- testimony that could severely damage the Jackson's case.Sources connected with the trial tell TMZ ... Rowe will be called by AEG Live Tuesday or Wednesday ... and she'll testify that in the '80s and '90s ... she knew Michael was abusing some prescription meds, but had no idea his habit was so out of control. We're told Rowe will point the finger at her former boss, MJ's go-to doc, Arnie Klein. Rowe will testify she learned after the fact that Klein had a standing order ... when Michael came to the office he should be injected with Demerol and Vistaril (which makes the Demoral stronger). Rowe will say Michael kept the extent of his drug abuse a secret from her -- something that will clearly help AEG, because the company is arguing it had no reason to know Michael was a drug abuser.Rowe will say she saw Michael on TMZ coming out of Klein's office days before he died -- looking totally out of it.  We're told she will say she called Klein after Michael died and said, "What the f**k did you give him?  He's dead and it's your fault." She then hung up on him.Rowe's testimony will further help AEG because she'll say she had no idea Michael was secretly going to surgical offices specifically for the purpose of getting high and going to sleep. She'll also say she's the only person in Michael's world who could control him -- that she's the only one (including Michael's family) who would say "NO."The testimony could be critical.  If the jury believes Michael could hide his hardcore drug use, AEG would have no reason to sound an alarm or take preventative action.

Higuain agrees Napoli switch as Arsenal miss out

Arsenal have suffered a major blow as
Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain
has travelled to Italy to complete a
move to Napoli.
The Argentine striker has agreed a
£34million switch to the Serie A side
as their new boss Rafael Benitez starts
to splash the cash raised by the sale
of Edinson Cavani to PSG for £55m.
Arsenal had made the first move for
Higuain earlier in the summer, with
Arsene Wenger determined to land a
big-name forward, and the 26-year-
old was keen to join the north London
club.
However, the Gunners were not
prepared to meet Real Madrid's
asking price and Napoli made their
move.
Now the Italian club have reached an
agreement with Real and Higuain is
on his way to Italy for a medical and
to complete the formalities of the
move.
Having missed out on Higuain's
signature, Wenger will now be even
more desperate to push through a
deal for Luis Suarez.

Fabregas is '100 per cent' staying at Barcelona, says Song

The Cameroon international says that his team-mate will not leave Camp Nou and will be determined to prove himself at the Spanish giants this season after a summer of speculation
Barcelona midfielder Alex Song says he is "100 per cent" confident that Cesc Fabregas will stay at Camp Nou this
summer.
Goal understands that Manchester United are preparing a final £35 million bid for the Spain international but are pessimistic about their chances and have lined up a number of alternative signings.
And Song, who played alongside Fabregas at Arsenal, does not think that the former Gunners captain will be returning to the Premier League.
"I did not speak with him but I know Cesc is 100% here," he
told Sky Sports News .
"He loves Barcelona, he loves the club. He will stay here next
season and give 100% because I know him very well and he'll
want to fight. He's focused on the club. "He wants just to give his best for Barcelona. He's from Barcelona, he loves Barcelona and he'll want to start the season to show what he can do.
"People are talking and talking, but we know he is focused
here and ready to start the season. He's enjoying a holiday
with his family and I'm sure he wants just to come back here.
"It's my own opinion but I know he will stay here, 100 per cent."
